Each May, we celebrate our community’s dedication to education as we showcase the educational programs MEC has funded over the past year. This entertaining evening includes several presentations by students and teachers who have benefited from MEC grants.

 

During the Grants Showcase we also honor our MEC Scholarship Recipient and our MEC Educator of the Year.

 

We also use this time to publicly share our annual treasurer's report and announce our new MEC Executive Committee.

 

This event is open to the public and held at one of our Middletown schools. We encourage families to attend, especially the children attending our public schools. Come and see the innovative and creative learning experiences that are happening for our students, both in and out of the classroom.

 

The 2019 Grants Showcase is scheduled for Thursday, May 23rd at Forest Avenue School.
